Este esfuerzo tiene como objetivo asegurar la <strong>igualdad de oportunidades de liderazgo<\/strong> y fortalecer las capacidades y habilidades de cada una de nuestras integrantes.<\/p>\n<p>Durante estos meses, hemos impulsado actividades formativas que no solo brindan conocimientos pr\u00e1cticos, como el bordado, sino que tambi\u00e9n fomentan la reflexi\u00f3n sobre la importancia de la autoestima como una parte esencial del empoderamiento personal.
