<strong>Red Antsetik tzeltal snichimal sok sjeltayel slekil skuxlejalil<\/strong> (Mujeres tzeltales floreciendo y transformando el buen vivir) y ha empezado a involucrarse con las mujeres de los barrios del municipio de Ocosingo, con la finalidad de que refuercen sus conocimientos, para que empiecen a realizar acciones en contra de la violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Una de sus primeras actividades fue organizar y reunir a su grupo de mujeres, el pasado 22 de octubre, para hablar sobre el tema de autoestima.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Las mujeres reflexionaron desde su cosmovisi\u00f3n ind\u00edgena, \u00bfqui\u00e9nes son?, \u00bfc\u00f3mo son? y \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 son as\u00ed?, con lo cual lograron visualizar que desde su crecimiento fueron descuidando su autoestima y el valor de ser mujer por los usos y costumbres, ya que le dan mayor tiempo a la familia, al hogar y a su pareja que a ellas mismas.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, pudieron descubrir c\u00f3mo frenar esto y darse tiempo para ellas, consideraron muy valioso seguir reuni\u00e9ndose para capacitarse en temas de derechos de la mujer, violencia de g\u00e9nero, autovaloraci\u00f3n, liderazgo, empoderamiento econ\u00f3mico y al mismo tiempo aprendan cosas nuevas, pasen un tiempo sin preocupaciones y disfrutar un rato conoci\u00e9ndose a s\u00ed mismas y a la vez puedan ayudar a otras mujeres que han sufrido violencia.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/div>\n<!-- \/wp:column --><\/div>\n<!-- \/wp:columns -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Saben que les falta mucho por recorrer, pero est\u00e1n entusiasmadas porque van en la direcci\u00f3n correcta animando y
